•  We serve light snacks, water and soft drinks.

• You are invited to bring your own lunch and favorite adult beverages. Coolers are welcome.

• We will book a trip with as few as two people.   If you are a group of two and want a private charter, please make your reservation for 4 people and then contact me directly by phone.   If you are a group of 4 and want a private charter, please make a reservation for 6 people.

​

• Salon seating area is covered for sun protection and we have cockpit cushions and pillows for your comfort.

​​

• Guests are kindly requested to remove their shoes unless they are boat shoes with non-marring soles.​

​

• Weight Restriction of 300 lbs per person for safety.  Minimum Age of 7 for children.

• Please avoid bringing spray lotions, firearms, drugs, and no smoking on the vessel.

​

• The Captain is responsible for the safety of all passengers and crew. If any guest is deemed intoxicated or behaves in a way that may endanger the vessel or others, we reserve the right to end the charter and return to the dock. No refunds will be provided in these circumstances.

• By booking this charter, guests agree to comply with all safety instructions provided by the Captain.

​

• We look forward to having you aboard! Gratuities are not included in your booking and are always appreciated. ​

​

• Refund Policy due to unsafe weather conditions.   If the weather does not allow us to depart, we will offer to reschedule your cruise or provide a full refund.  If the customer decides to cancel for any reason other than weather, the refund will be provided less the credit card fees we are charged (~4.11%).

• Venmo, Square, Cash and Cash App are all accepted on board.
